Operations Coordinator - Tiverton, United Kingdom - Stags
Description
Due to the continued development of the Central Support team, Stags require a Business Operations Coordinator to join the growing team based in the head office.
Working efficiently, using their own initiative to assist with the internal management of Stags partnership, providing quality administrative support to the Partners and colleagues throughout the offices in the South West.
Responsibilities
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Assisting the partners to help develop and drive the business forward by giving administrative support, accurately following briefs and completing tasks using your own initiative.
Organising external suppliers to ensure the smooth internal running of the business, including purchasing and cost control.Assisting colleagues by providing advice, support and guidance as required to ensure the smooth running of the business.
General office and firm administration.
Maintain excellent communication to uphold working relationships with both external customers and internal departments.
Assisting with the coordination of varying internal policies and procedures and compliance which may include; Health and Safety, AML, Client Money Handling etc.

- Able to meet deadlines and prioritise workload
- Microsoft Office literate (with an emphasis on Excel)
- Ability to work off own initiative but also integrate into the existing team
