These roles will be responsible for, among other things, supporting Integration Managers in coordinating integration activities, maintaining and updating integration plans, monitoring progress and communicating to the Integration Team.


To support our colleagues to achieve outstanding customer outcomes we are recruiting 3 brand news roles into our PMO function.

The role will report to the Integration Managers and assist with preparing action plans, reports, analysing risk and managing resources.

They will work closely with workstream leads and stakeholders, so strong communication skills are a must. Their mission is to help the integration team meet quality standards and deliver on time.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist and support the Integration Managers with integration planning, from start to finish of the integration
  • Manage integration plans to ensure they are maintained and updated at agreed intervals
  • Prepare presentations and reports to update senior management on the progress of integration activities
  • Liaise with workstream leads to obtain updates to integration plans
  • Track and communicate integration risks and issues
  • Organise and attend workstream lead and stakeholder meetings
  • Provide administrative support to Integration Managers and handle queries
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders
