We are seeking to appoint a
Projects Team Administratorbased at our Risley office in Derby to support the Installation financial controller specifically on the National Accounts we hold at Marlowe Fire & Security, delivering more than is expected with a professional approach throughout.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Supporting the Install Finance Controller
  • Ensuring invoicing target is met in a timely/weekly manner
  • Controlling Applications
  • Obtaining paperwork from Contractors/engineers for completion
  • Check signalling /zone plans
  • Job costing closeouts
  • Work closely with the National Accounts Project managers and Senior Project manager
  • Timesheets/expense via inputting into sage
  • Dealing with invoice queries
  • Nacoss/Bafe certs and as fitted specifications
  • Updating the invoicing spreadsheet daily
  • Use of portal uploading

Person Specification

  • Personality
  • Energy, Drive and Enthusiasm
  • Excellent administration and computer skills
  • Customer focused with the ability to resolve customer invoice queries
  • Analytical in approach with experience of reports (ideally including reconciliation)
  • Be capable of working effectively under pressure in a deadline driven environment
  • Professional with excellent communication, admin and people skills.
  • Able to produce documents to a high specification and have significant experience of manipulating data using Microsoft Excel and other appropriate packages.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, enthusiastic
  • The ability to work independently and a desire to learn
