The Best Connection are looking to recruit a skilled and dedicated
Production Operative with a manufacturing background and experience in chemical etching.

Responsibilities:

Perform chemical etching processes in accordance with safety procedures guidelines.
Operate and monitor etching equipment, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and maintenance.
Handle chemicals safely and accurately measure and mix chemical solutions.
Inspect etched components for quality, ensuring they meet specifications and standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and meet deadlines.
Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including process parameters and quality control checks.
Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Production Operative in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge and handson experience with chemical etching processes and equipment.
Familiarity with handling chemicals and following safety protocols.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Detailoriented with excellent problemsolving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy materials when required.
Willingness to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
