A full-time opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly Administration Department at our Head Office based in Ipswich for our Fred.\\ Holidays and GoCruise & Travel brands.


Ideally you will be someone who is very well organised, has an eye for accuracy, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and an aptitude to learn new skills quickly.

Most importantly you must possess exceptional customer service skills and take pride in our customers' journey.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, your duties will include all aspects of the after sales process, including issuing all booking documentation, handling and resolve customer queries and complaints, whilst working towards your KPI's.

The role will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:30 - 17:30. We ask that you are flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
