EFM is responsible for maintaining the University's building, facilities, and grounds, managing its property, facilities and procuring new buildings for a leading Russell Group institution.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to work in a stimulating environment within a department that supports the University's core business of teaching and research.

You will work within the Department of Estates & Facilities Management (EFM), Property & Business Services section in the Print & Creative Services (PCS) team as Business Support Lead.

You will supervise the financial and reception services within PCS.


You are responsible for providing financial and administration support, drawing on your knowledge of financial and service operations to develop and maintain the financial and reception services providing an excellent service.

You will report to the Business Support & Operations Manager and in their absence deputise for their financial responsibilities, which includes financial planning and organising resources.
