Sheridan Ward is working with a fantastic company in Gerrards Cross and they are looking for a Service Desk Administrator to come in and join their team.
If you have experience dealing with quotes, speaking with customers, and allocating engineers this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Service Desk Administrator Duties Include:
- Schedule engineers service visits
- Order parts to be delivered to site
- Produce pricing and quotes and log information
- Create completion paperwork
- Raise purchase orders
- Manage and maintain stock control
- Provide weekly update and reports
