Our client is a well established company based in Liverpool
Description
As the HR Advisor your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- ER cases
- Reporting directly to the HR Manager
- Coaching and supporting management
- Collating data for weekly and monthly reports
- Updating policies and procedures
- Performance management and reviews
Profile
- Background in manufacturing or similar
- CIPD level 5 +
- Proven track record on ER caseload
- Analytic skills
- Computer literate HR systems and Microsoft
- High communication skills both written and verbal
