HR Advisor to join a team of six, help support line managers, senior stakeholders in all HR matters.


Client Details
Our client is a well established company based in Liverpool


Description
As the HR Advisor your responsibilities will be but not limited to:

  • ER cases
  • Reporting directly to the HR Manager
  • Coaching and supporting management
  • Collating data for weekly and monthly reports
  • Updating policies and procedures
  • Performance management and reviews

Profile

  • Background in manufacturing or similar
  • CIPD level 5 +
  • Proven track record on ER caseload
  • Analytic skills
  • Computer literate HR systems and Microsoft
  • High communication skills both written and verbal
