Up to £25.16p/h Ltd/Umb DOE
We require a Data Analyst to work within the HR team, this role is to support the planning and steering which is critical to the delivery of key aspects of HR framework within the business, the position also supports HR business change projects and activities,orientated to high level strategic objectives.

As the advisor for reporting and reward you will develop and deliver processes and information relating to HR metrics relevant to the business operation and the wider Planning and Steering scope of activity, which also supports the wider HR functions of:Operations, Training and Recruitment.
This position will support the other internal HR Teams as a 'back desk' function, enabling them to provide seamless end to end internal 'customer' experiences through the information it provides into these functions.
Itwill also work as a trusted business partner when required, to support implementation of changes to department structures and job grading's.
As the HR Analyst your duties will include:
- HR master data maintenance and reporting on working structures and overall headcount.
- Development and implementation of HR data reporting & analytics with multiple HR & IT stakeholders.
- Supporting delivery of the annual pay & bonus review process, and assessment of working structures and job grading.
- Supporting business change projects aligned to the business and HR strategies, relating to reward, culture, leadership development and recognition.
- Supporting quality management and process development of the complete HR department.
- Developing quantitative and qualitative insights and reporting, through analytics and the maintenance of data integrity
- Supporting the HR department with the purchasing process and administration.
- Proven experience in a HR Reporting function, ideally including working alongside management and cross functional business partners with a focus on data integrity
- Operational HR experience would be desirable, with understanding on a variety of HR methods and solutions to support business change and improve business performance.
- SAP HR user experience is required, Advanced MS Office capability is also required, particularly with MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros and VBA coding) and MS PowerPoint. Ability to create and manage SharePoint pages and workflows.
- Good understanding of other data reporting software including Power BI would be advantageous.
- An awareness of project management and deployment methodologies e.g., PDCA / Prince
- Experience in webbased intranet modification would be advantageous.
