Northern Employment Services are excited to have a Warehouse Operative to join our client in their busy production team

Main Responsibilities:

Order pickingFollowing order specificationsOperating a counterbalance fork lift truck (valid certificate essential)Build and package finished productsPerform all quality requirements to insure products meet all specificationsMaintain safe and cleanwork placeSuggest and help implement cost saving initiativesEffectively communicate daily safety/production needs to managementOccasionally work within warehousing department as and when requiredAdditional projects and roles as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

Basic math skillsWritten and verbal communication skillsMust be able to work well in a team and independentlyMust be able to work with PPE for extended periods of time

Education and Experience:

High school education and some manufacturing experience would be preferable

Working hours:

Monday to Friday = 8am to 5pm30 minutes unpaid lunch and two 15 minute paid breaks

Pay rate:
