Job purpose:

This role is for our network of stores in the UK including Aelia duty free stores at Luton Airport, London city Airport and Belfast International Airport, additionally we have stores in London Heathrow, London Stansted, London Gatwick, Glasgow, and Aberdeen.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, passionate administrator to support with recruitment and vetting processes for these stores.

Outstanding service is the heart of our business and delivering this all starts with attracting and recruiting the right people.

This role will be a critical support to this process, from job adverts, to organising interviews and critically ensuring that all new starters gain the necessary airport access through reference checks.

Key Responsibilities:

Post job adverts for open vacancies
Help with review of Job descriptions and Advert details
Communicate with colleges/job fairs for opportunities
Liaise with hiring manager to schedule formal interviews
Support hiring manager with interview paperwork and notetaking
Correctly store interview paperwork for the required legal timeframe
Follow up after interview for hire/rejection
Coordinate new starter induction plans
Ensure all new starter paperwork is completed correctly
Administer the airport pass process for new starters, and support with visitor passes and renewals
Track airport pass expiry dates and communicate renewals with line managers

Skills & Experience:

Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
Ability to work in a team or individually depending on the needs of the business
Be able to remain professional and courteous under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills and team working
Selfmotivated
Ability to quickly learn about systems, new products and procedures
