Trainee / Sales Account Manager -Sale, Manchester offices

£25,000 basic OTE £60,000 and excellent benefits

Our client a leading international services company are currently seeking a Sales Account Manager to achieve profit growth through effective management of new and existing customer accounts from sale through to delivery.

Role will include:

Managing incoming and outgoing customer calls (both existing and cold calls) in order to sell our clients products and services.
Up selling to customers across all services and handling customer enquiries around available services and pricing; pro actively pursuing undeveloped areas.
Explaining service pricing, following up on quotes, and negotiating with customers to increase conversion rates.

Skills and experience required

Experience working in a proactive telesales role, ideally with outbound telesales experience would be advantageous. but this is not essential
Proven track record of sales success with sound knowledge of sales processes and customer retention skills.
Able to present and communicate effectively with a strong focus on excellent customer service and

- relationship building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
