This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Senior Administrator within the Community Infant Feeding Team working in partnership with the Health Visiting Teams and Family Hubs within Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale (HMR).


You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to the family hubs community infant feeding team.

You will also be required to work as part of a team within various community settings/family hubs.


Working under the direction of the community specialist infant feeding lead and service manager and in collaboration with the community infant feeding team, ensure office systems are standardised and compliant with service standard operating procedures and organisational policy.

To ensure the smooth running of office systems within the community infant feeding team.

To ensure all office systems are cohesive and responsive to the needs of the community infant feeding team.


To support the community infant feeding team with all administrative duties and office systems to ensure the smooth running of service workstreams.

To undertake any other reasonable duty, which is appropriate to the band, when requested by senior staff.
