I am partnering with a global Pharmaceutical business in Uxbridge to recruit an FP&A Manager on an interim basis for 6 months initially.

The role will be working closely with senior leaders in the business to support in all aspects of reporting, budgetingand analysis.


Key responsibilities below:

  • Supporting in the production of monthly management reporting, including analysis of key variances and comparatives.
  • Responsible for intercompany recharging and accounting, preparing various accruals and rebates.
  • Owning the financial governance of various rebate and price discounts and maintaining clear control of price through strategy, analysis and forecasting.
  • Help design and document a set of processes to manage the accrual, analysis, reconciliation and payment process for several different pricing, retrospective rebates and on/off invoice discounts.
  • Work closely with the Finance Business partners, Customer services and Market access to promptly analyse invoices, create accruals and analyse revenue variances.
  • Support planning processes for the entire UK business to ensure budgets and forecasts are accurate and submitted according to deadlines.
  • Support the finance Business partners on developing, enhancing and completing key models and processes in order to help deliver key metrics for Quarterly business reviews, Budget and OBD AF processes.
  • Lead/review the monthly management reporting requirements for global functions.
  • Support the business on adhoc financial analysis needs.
