Sales Administrator - Job Overview
As a
Sales
Administrator your duties will include;
- Processing orders
- Communicating with customers regarding orders, leadtimes, pricing and deliveries
- Answering customer queries
- Liaising with head office in The Netherlands regarding delivery deadlines and feasibility of customer requirements
- Maintaining customer databases and price lists
- Dealing with logistics queries
- Resolving customer queries and complaints
- Working as part of a team to ensure all orders are processed accurately and within agreed timescales
Sales Administrator - Skills & Experience Required
- Previous officebased admin experience is essential
- Previous sales experience is an advantage
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Experience in a technical environment is an advantage but not essential
Sales Administrator - The Details
- £26,000 - £27,000
- Monday
- Friday 9.00am 5.00pm
- Hybrid working
- 25 days annual leave
- Company pension
