Sales Administrator - Job Overview
As a
Sales
Administrator your duties will include;

  • Processing orders
  • Communicating with customers regarding orders, leadtimes, pricing and deliveries
  • Answering customer queries
  • Liaising with head office in The Netherlands regarding delivery deadlines and feasibility of customer requirements
  • Maintaining customer databases and price lists
  • Dealing with logistics queries
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints
  • Working as part of a team to ensure all orders are processed accurately and within agreed timescales

Sales Administrator - Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous officebased admin experience is essential
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Experience in a technical environment is an advantage but not essential

- £26,000 - £27,000

  • Monday
  • Friday 9.00am 5.00pm
  • Hybrid working
