Our Site Foreman will be critical for the successful delivery of the steel installation activities. As a Site Foreman, you will be reporting to the Site Manager.

You'll be managing the day-to-day site activities according to the planning and approved installation drawings, including the surveying checking and setting out duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out site checks on a daily basis.
• Monitoring and maintaining schedules for workmen and subcontractors, and ensuring the best skills are applied by each workman.
• Documenting daily activities, material/parts used, testing, inspections, and visitors; and creating and maintaining positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensuring that safe housekeeping and work practices are followed at all times, and organizing the crew members for accomplishment of tasks.
• Coordinating the site and supervise the installation team to make sure the installation is accurately executed and complies with the approved installation drawings.
• Overseeing the quality control and assisting in the implementation of quality performance.
• Supporting the site team for the execution of the daytoday site activities.
• Acting under the Site Engineer as a supervisor onsite for specialist subcontractors.
• Leading the steel material distribution to the right installation area.
• Providing solutionsbased management of site issues without unnecessary conflict.

What You'll Need:

• Sitebased construction background
• 710 years experience in steel installation, structural steelwork,
• Valid CSCS Card (Must)
• SMSTS (Preferably)
