Description
RSW have been given a great opportunity to recruit for production operatives to join our client based in Cardiff. These are permanent positions with a well-established manufacturing company with an opportunity to progress. Due to location, own transport is essential.


Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure all orders are completed to Company standards.
  • Completing job cards and quality documents
  • Ensure Health and Safety is always followed, and correct PPE is worn.
  • Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
  • Ability to identify and find a solution to a problem.
  • Manufacturing experience within a Production environment is beneficial.

  • Be flexible and adaptable.

Hours of Work and Pay:

This is a 3-shift position on a 3-week rotational basis.


3 Shift pattern:
6am-2pm Monday to Friday (week 1)

2pm-10.00pm Monday to Friday (week 2)

10pm-6am Sunday to Thursday (Week 3)

£11.55 per hour Days Plus:

10% uplift on afternoon shifts

30% Uplift on nights shifts


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£11.55-£15.02 per hour
