Tru Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Administrator to join a thriving law firm in Cheltenham.Are you an enthusiastic and organised individual looking to kick-start your career in the legal field? This role may be suitable for a school leaver with excellent A levels or someone with previous administrative experience eager to enter the legal industry.
Hybrid working is available.As a Legal Administrator duties will include:
- Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports under guidance.
- Maintain accurate and organised filing systems.
- Conduct research, compile data, and assist with document management to support case preparation.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations when handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
- A levels or equivalent educational qualification is preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow within a professional environment.
