Tru Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Administrator to join a thriving law firm in Cheltenham.

Are you an enthusiastic and organised individual looking to kick-start your career in the legal field? This role may be suitable for a school leaver with excellent A levels or someone with previous administrative experience eager to enter the legal industry.

Hybrid working is available.

As a Legal Administrator duties will include:

  • Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports under guidance.
  • Maintain accurate and organised filing systems.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and assist with document management to support case preparation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations when handling sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
To be successful as a Legal Administrator you will need to demonstrate:

  • A levels or equivalent educational qualification is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow within a professional environment.
