About the Role
As a Legal Secretary in the Wills, Trust & Tax team you will need to provide a high standard of secretarial service in:
- Provide a high standard of secretarial service across all teams in the production and processing of legal documents and correspondence
- General administration duties including photocopying, faxing, filing and scanning across all teams
- Handling telephone enquiries and directing accordingly
- Working with the fee earners to close files in a timely manner
- Providing reception cover
You will be a confident person with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as a member of a team.
You will have the ability to manage and prioritise your work; with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.About Aaron & Partners LLP

Hours of work & Benefits
This is a full-time position based at our
Chester office.
