About The Role:

What you'll be doing

Administrative duties including:

Maintenance of company IMS
Updating document registers
Updating policies/forms/procedures
Maintenance of supporting software linked with the IMS
Correlation between IMS documentation and software documentation
Access control
Liaising with document owners and managing changes
Managing document approval process with Compliance Team
Generate reports relating to Document status
Team inbox management

What we're looking for

Excellent attention to detail and can do attitude
Experience in Administration
Computer literate with Microsoft suite
Happy to work by their self or as part of a team
Good time management skills
Ideally experience with SharePoint
Ideally experience with DashPivot
