As a Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact to a UK customer base via mulit-channels, assisting with any concerns or queries they may have.

Based in Stretford, Manchester.

This client is a leading e-commerce retailer and are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis.


Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be:

  • Communicating with customers via multi channels
  • Dealing with new and potential customers, customer service enquiries and existing customers
  • Working towards team KPIs
  • Sending customer documentation

Profile

To be successful in this role:

  • Experience within customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
