This client is a leading e-commerce retailer and are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis.
Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be:
- Communicating with customers via multi channels
- Dealing with new and potential customers, customer service enquiries and existing customers
- Working towards team KPIs
- Sending customer documentation
Profile
To be successful in this role:
- Experience within customer service
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
