Description
Prospectus is pleased to be supporting our client, a leading London university, to recruit for a temporary Sales Administrator to support their team.
This is a full-time role, starting as soon as possible and running for around 6 months, on a hybrid-working basis.
The purpose of this role is to contribute to the sales targets of the department's Programmes, through management of the client mailbox, converting leads and booking consultations with the CRM team.
You will act as first point of contact within the team for prospective or current stakeholder or client enquiries as well as organise, upload into and monitor databases to ensure accurate recording.
In order to be considered for this role, you will have had experience in a similar sales-focused role, ideally within the Education space.
With excellent customer service skills, you will also have a proven track record of delivering against KPIs and have a sound working knowledge of IT packages.
