Description
A leading retail bank is looking for a mobile banking app tester -
Must have mobile banking testing experience
£600 a day Umbrella

3 month rolling contract

Hybrid working model - 2 days a week in the City of London

  • Experience of working within an Agile scrum team.
  • Experience with Software Engineering collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence etc.
  • Experience developing tests for functional and regression testing that include manual, automated, adhoc testing, exploratory testing.
  • Hands on mobile test experience with knowledge of Android or iOS specifics.
  • Experience building tests frameworks from scratch for Java, JavaScript environments.
  • Thorough understanding of test pyramid and test automation methodologies BDD/TDD, unit testing and integration testing.
  • Handson experience with BDD, Cucumber & Gherkin.
  • Proficient using Selenium Web Driver, WebdriverIO and Appium.
  • Experience of testing REST APIs (Postman for example).
  • Good understanding of CI/CD methodology and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GIT.
  • Executing and maintaining large test suites in pipelines.
  • Cross browser testing tools (Sauce Lab/ Perfecto/Headspin etc).
  • Work with the deployment team to roll out new changes and support them when required in triaging production issues.
  • Understanding of Microservice architecture and route to live process.
  • Security testing experience using opensource tools.
  • Reviewing design proposals, acceptance criteria and processes, and recommend improvements.
  • Investigating user problems referred to you by the Product teams, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports.
  • ISTQB certification desirable.
