About us:

It is an exciting time to work at Redgate.

We are a fast-growing software business that has successfully transitioned to a subscriptions model and we expect to have over 70% of our revenue in 2023 come from subscriptions.

To help deliver ingeniously simple products to our customers we are designing and delivering an auto-renewal project in 2023. This role will be integral in supporting the project team in delivering automated renewals to our customers.

The project team will work closely with our Renewals and Transactional Finance teams to help deliver the exceptional customer experience that is expected of Redgate.


What day to day will look like:

You will support our customers with invoice generation, collection of outstanding payments, answering customer enquiries and providing invoicing and payment support.

The role will require accurate completion of pre-sale and purchasing documentation such as vendor forms, tax or regulatory compliance where applicable.


This role will hold dynamic responsibilities as we adapt to the changing requirements of the team throughout the auto-renewal project implementation period.


What makes you Redgate's next Project Administrator?

  • Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, and/or CRM databases.
  • Basic understanding of quoting/CRM systems, and the processes underlying them or a willingness to learn
  • Good attention to detail in the context of preparing quotes to required specifications.
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills.
  • A selfmotivated and enthusiastic person who likes to get stuff done, with a commonsense approach.
  • A proactive team player

What's the package?

  • Salary is circa £22,000 plus a great benefits package
  • You'll work about 40 hours a week, with flexible work time
  • Hybrid working to balance remote (home) and office based working
