NEET Provision

The role:

The Lecturer in Foundation Learning will teach mainly on our NEET provision 16-18 courses. The main provision is accredited and non-accredited up to Level 1 life and work skills.

The postholder will work effectively with the Curriculum Leader and the Learning Support and Safeguarding Teams to ensure that individual needs are met.

As a NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) Provision Tutor, your primary responsibility is to support and guide individuals who are not engaged in education, employment, or training towards reintegration into these areas.

Your role involves providing personalised educational support, mentoring, and guidance to help NEET individuals acquire the necessary skills, qualifications, and confidence to pursue further education, gainful employment, or vocational training opportunities.


Salary:

£29,550.00 to £35,748.00 per annum
