An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our client's team, initially on a six-month maternity cover contract.

The position is in the service and maintenance department of our client's large and well-established air conditioning company.
You will also be required to carry out all admin tasks for installation and contracts projects.


Duties Include:

  • PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) contract file management and collation.
  • Log all PPM contracts
  • Schedule PPM visits, including customer contact, engineer/subcontractor/workforce coordination
  • Ordering required parts and equipment
  • To ensure jobs are run as financially viable as possible
  • Provide admin support.

The successful applicant will:
- have experience working in an office environment, preferably within a service department
- have scheduling experience
- have excellent communication skills
- be IT literate, specifically in Excel.
- have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, being able to prioritise and work under pressure


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£21,500.00-£22,500.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • West Bromwich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Admin: 1 year (required)
Maintenance Scheduling: 1 year (required)
