An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our client's team, initially on a six-month maternity cover contract.
The position is in the service and maintenance department of our client's large and well-established air conditioning company.You will also be required to carry out all admin tasks for installation and contracts projects.
Duties Include:
- PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) contract file management and collation.
- Log all PPM contracts
- Schedule PPM visits, including customer contact, engineer/subcontractor/workforce coordination
- Ordering required parts and equipment
- To ensure jobs are run as financially viable as possible
- Provide admin support.
The successful applicant will:
- have experience working in an office environment, preferably within a service department
- have scheduling experience
- have excellent communication skills
- be IT literate, specifically in Excel.
- have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, being able to prioritise and work under pressure
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
£21,500.00-£22,500.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- West Bromwich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
