This role will lead the implementation of the strategy aligned to our Promote good health pillar and provide support on the other pillars (Climate and Society), flexing to the demands of work within the team.

What you'll be doing:


  • Supporting the CR Manager with the implementation of the CR strategy across AXA UK&I
  • Holding responsibility for the delivery roadmap of the Promote good health pillar, reporting progress and upcoming deliverables
  • Building effective relationships both internally and externally to aid the successful implementation of key deliverables
  • Owning the relationship with the chosen charity partner aligned to the Promote good health pillar; identifying opportunities and initiatives to collaborate and deepen the relationship further
  • Acting as the go to person internally on activities aligned to the Promote good health pillar
  • Ensuring robust processes are in place to collate MI, impact analysis and reporting against agreed KPIs

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Engagement and Collaboration skills
  • Customer focus
  • A personal passion for CR and a strong understanding of the external landscape of health related topics.


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
