Description

The Wellbeing Advisor role will focus on assessing, planning and delivering cost of living advice and practical interventions to service users to enable people to improve their mental and physical health.

This will include practical support to access local facilities, support and packages associated with impact of cost of living crisis.

This will be delivered through advice and information for service users, health promotion and practical interventions.

The Wellbeing Advisor will encourage service users to access local opportunities and services, signposting people to activities which support with cost of living impact.

The post will be working with Older People's CMHT and is a short term fixed contract or secondment opportunity.
