ISS provides integrated facility services for one of our clients across their UK office portfolio as part of a global contract.


The Front of House Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring site compliance and safety while serving as the primary point of contact for client building users.


Sitting within the ISS Workplace Services team, this role is inherently proactive, involving the integration of people, processes, systems, and information to ensure contract compliance (client, ISS, and statutory).

Additionally, it aims to foster contract development and strengthen client relationships over time, offering genuine career advancement opportunities.


With flexible working hours of 22.5 hours per week (08:00-12:30 nominal core hours), this role appeals to individuals who are curious, energetic, and ambitious.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of your actions and impact on the office environment
  • Help embed safety together culture in all account processes
  • Build positive relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Maintain KPIs, identifying and driving actions to recover
  • Support commercial activities incl. Purchase Order management, ordering stationery, milk deliveries
  • Order processing management
  • Support processes related to system usage such as Time & Attendance, Servicetrac etc
  • Conduct process and product evaluation to continually improve our KPI and SLAs
  • Support the production of management information reporting
  • Data analysis taking data on a topic (e.g. Health & Safety, PPMs, asset lifecycle) and creating actionable information

  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to achieve deadlines, work under pressure and use own initiative
  • IT literate with an excellent understanding PowerPoint/Word/Excel
  • Engaging; enthusiastic; inquisitive; energetic
