We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our fast paced and collaborative shared-services HR Team to take ownership of the full recruitment life cycle for our six UK companies and branches spanning across six European countries.

- Collaborates with Hiring Manager to build a recruiting plan to attract top talent including job postings, job descriptions, market intelligence, recruiting outsources and outlets leveraging the ATS;
- Manages the recruitment agency PSL in line with Berkley policy;
- Tracks and reports on recruiting metrics; including but not limited to time to fill and cost to fill;
- Provide interview guides and provide coaching to hiring managers on interview process and gather interview evaluations based on key competencies of the position;
- Coordinates interviews and follow up debrief conversations with Hiring Manager to discuss next steps/offer details;
- Negotiates/extends offers of employment and sends out appropriate new starter documentation;
- Orders/manages background checks through Verifile;
- Manages the onboarding process for all new joiners across our Operating Units
Experience Required
- Full life cycle recruitment experience in the insurance industry;
- UK recruiting experience required;
- Knowledge of an applicant tracking system such as iCIMS;
- Ability to manage and influence in a crossfunctional, matrix environment;
- Strong discretion in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information.
