Head of Lean Process - Hybrid Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you passionate about Lean Process? A exciting opportunity has arisen to become Head of Lean Process within SGBD at Saint-Gobain.

Currently going through a period of change this is the perfect time to join the company, having the ability to put your own stamp on this role.

Who we are looking for:

A key leader and contributor in defining strategies that will impact multiple departmental work streams, such as the 3year plan.
Someone who can bring an external perspective to end to end process / value stream to ensure effective benchmarking to best in class.
Lead & support the implementation of a Process Ownership Framework for end to end processes/value streams.
The ability to Coach and mentor Senior Executives towards building a continuous improvement culture.
Someone with extensive line management experience within a large organisation Essential knowledge and experience:
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt
Master's Degree in relevant field
Extensive experience of running Six Sigma transformation projects.
Proven track record in owning and driving efficiencies in end to end processes
Experience of coaching and mentoring Senior Executives, in learning continuous improvement.
Extensive experience in process discovery and using Automation Anywhere Fortress IQ.
Extensive experience of building process architectures and creation of process assets utilizing standards like APQC and BPMN Expertise in understanding stability in current processes and how to build agility for the future utilizing Lean and Six Sigma tools.
Knowledge of relevant business process standards, modeling, & simulation tools
Team leadership management experience, throughout the employee lifecycle.
Experience of building end to end processes like O2C, P2P, R2R
