Core services include repair, maintenance, construction and installation of utility and infrastructure assets. We provide traffic management through our sister businesses; Go Traffic Management and Capital Traffic Management. Vegetation management and tree cutting activities are provided through EOS Contracting.

Our Role


As Commercial Assistant, your role is to ensure timely cash collection for the business and maintain supplier/client relationships whilst ensuring the subcontractor is also paid in a timely manner within the payment terms in the contract.


Key Accountabilities

  • Cash Collection for the Joint venture business Sapphire and Network Plus via the client third party system SAP
  • Resolving queries in a timely manner to ensure these can be claimed for payment from the client
  • Facilitate subcontractor payments
  • Build and Maintain effective relationships with client, subcontractor and internal teams

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to:

  • Assisting the commercial team with the billing of completed works orders for the company cash collection
  • Liaising with Operations, Subcontractors and the client to resolve queries to enable the order to be billed this will include holding teams and or face to face meetings to review and resolve the queries
  • Build and Maintain effective relationships with client, subcontractor and internal teams

Experience and Qualifications

  • Client/Supplier relationship experience
  • Experience with working in the utility sector desirable but not essential
  • Experience in work on third party system such as SAP desirable but not essential as training will be given
