Lead Business Change Consultant

We are seeking a pragmatic, detail oriented and experienced business change and adoption lead with experience of working on large scale transformation programmes, enabled by technology in Telco, and more specifically within the Networks/ Engineering area.

To support the design and implementation of a Business Change and Adoption framework for a Tier 1 Telco client.

What you'll be doing:
Analyse client's change and adoption needs, existing frameworks and models
Design the client new change and adoption framework, as well as its components
Define and design required change and adoption training and coaching materials
Deliver training on new change and adoption framework to teams of 5-10, both in classroom and remote environments
Provide coaching and to 5-10 people, post training, to ensure these are able to take on change roles on transformation projects

What we're looking for:
Experience of delivering business change and adoption within Telco networks environment
Evidence of delivering Business Change in programmes that are multi-site / regional whilst continuously driving client adoption of new ways of working
Experienced in business change and adoption models, such as Prosci, Kotter, Edelman's and other change models
Experience in leading teams to drive key Business Readiness and Change activities, such as Change Impact Assessment, Benefits realisation, implementation of Change Networks, Training, Communications & Engagement
Excellent stakeholder relationship building skills - able to quickly build rapport, confident to reach out to stakeholders and introduce themselves
Problem solving and root-cause identification skills
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Good copywriting and presentation skills, attention to detail, excellent slide-building skills
Familiarity with agile but not mandatory
