Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing accurate information about our products and service
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Able to work independently
  • High level of experience in delivering outstanding sales performance in a similar sales role
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new environments, processes, and systems quickly and thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Ability to build rapport with new and existing customers while multitasking and following a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to multitask multiple systems and navigate the internet quickly and efficiently.
  • Open to developing your sales skills, closing sales effectively, and overcoming objections.

Salary:
£23,400.00-£25,369.73 per year
