A cornerstone of this transformative journey is the development of a novel digital system for fund lifecycle management. As the Senior Content Designer within the Funding Service Design Team, you play a pivotal role in realizing this vision.

Job description:


As a Senior Content Designer you'll:

  • collaborate in all phases of the agile product lifecycle within a collaborative team
- identify user needs, craft user stories, and convert them into compelling content
- develop, refine, monitor, and govern user-centric content leveraging analytics, feedback, research, and other insights
- prototype diverse content iterations in varied formats, from traditional to digital mediums
- champion content design benefits, mentor colleagues on best practices, and spearhead impactful strategies
- actively engage in DLUHC's content community, offering support to peers, partaking in content reviews, and advocating contemporary content creation tools and methodologies


Person specification:


As a Senior Content Designer you'll:

  • demonstrate extensive experience in Content Design within agile setups
- showcase prowess in creating, refining, and steering user-focused content initiatives, and devising effective methodologies for this purpose
- exhibit adeptness in collaborating with stakeholders unfamiliar with content design, upholding content quality standards while respecting diverse viewpoints
- demonstrate proficiency in influencing and coaching team members and external stakeholders on content design benefits
- possess in-depth knowledge of various content creation tools and user-centered design practices, adept at discerning suitable applications for each scenario
- showcase experience in establishing, evaluating, and refining content patterns, along with adeptness in prototyping
