Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems
Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Install and maintain equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary
Maintain inventory of tools and equipment
Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Leadership skills to supervise other maintenance staff
