Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in the planning and implementation of lessons and activities.
- Provide oneonone or small group support to students, including those with special educational needs.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies.
- Support students in their academic and personal development.
- Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of students.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training as required.
