Responsibilities:


  • Assist teachers in the planning and implementation of lessons and activities.
  • Provide oneonone or small group support to students, including those with special educational needs.
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies.
  • Support students in their academic and personal development.
  • Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of students.

Requirements:


  • Relevant experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
  • A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training as required.
