Pennine Recruitment (Acting as a Recruitment Business) are delighted to be recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader for a prestigious client in Castleford on a temp/perm basis.

Job Purpose Summary

To plan, coordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of a team, providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training and development.
To Support the warehouse manger in planning and achieving the warehouse activities

Responsibilities

Responsibility for managing a team within a shift on a daytoday basis
Work as a team communicate regularly with the team to ensure a high level of customer service
Direct activities to ensure a safe, healthy, and clean and fair environment for all team members
Assist other members of staff with their job roles where necessary
Embrace the culture of the organisation

Additional Responsibilities

Manage time effectively prioritizing important tasks
Ensure all warehouse KPI's are achieved and reported on
Facilitate excellent communication through regular briefings, shift updates and continuous feedback to team members

Shift available:

Monday to Friday 10:00pm to 6:00pm (Potentially moving to 12:00pm-8:00pm)
