Up to £60,000 +discretionary bonus scheme + cash allowance

A company leading personal financial services, and one of the largest providers of mortgages and savings in the United Kingdom.
They provide a full range of personal, business and corporate accounts, including current accounts, mortgages, credit productsand savings and investments.
The business operates online banking services, including mobile apps, and operates an internet-only banking division.THE ROLE
As a Customer Insight Manager, you can expect to lead as a strong contributor to the analytical resources/capability of the team, working closely with different parts of the business.
- Building close working relationships with key internal stakeholders to understand and respond to their debit and credit card related insight/Research needs
- Producing the key insights that drive improvements in the Card's customer experience
- Supporting the development of a new Cards Customer/Consumer survey
**The successful Customer Insight Manager will have the following skills and experience: - Advanced knowledge and experience in programming languages such as SQL, Base SAS,
- Spark or Python
- Indepth experience in analytics and insight generation
- Previous experience working within a customer experience role
