Role profile:


The Group Reward Lead manages the delivery of reward expertise, solutions and operational support, in line with business strategy, within the Group Reward function.

They are responsible for the delivery of the Reward activities across a range of global reward and recognition policies and processes such as pay, bonus, shares, benefits and recognition.


This role supports Corporate Functions and Vodafone Business and covers Group employees based in the UK as well as in our international markets such as Luxembourg, Hong Kong, Singapore and US.


What you'll do:


  • Drive and implement policy and programmes that recognise, attract, reward, recognise and retain critical capabilities needed to achieve Vodafone's strategic goals and business objectives;
  • Manage and deliver the Annual Reward Review cycle including salary, bonus and shares;
  • Prepare the UK Gender Pay Gap calculations and work with others to prepare the supporting narrative;
  • Conduct the annual reward benchmarking exercise to ensure our pay ranges remain competitive against the external market;
  • Provide excellent operational support and advice to HR and our international mobility population in the execution of reward activities whilst aiming to continuously streamline and automate.

Who you are:


  • Degree level or equivalent
  • Well organised able to multitask / prioritise to ensure timely and quality delivery
  • Analytical and strong attention to detail
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel
  • Works with pace and energy
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, vital in developing relationships with internal (including Group and Local Reward teams, HR Ops, Talent, Finance, CoSec, etc) and external vendors/suppliers
