Customer Service Advisor - Wath-upon-Dearne - Temporary to Permanent - Full-time

Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for the company and engage with the client base.

You will be providing customers with a fantastic customer service experience, ensuring customers accounts are accurate and up to date and also handling any complaints that may come your way.

This position is purely a customer service role with no sales element. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your Customer service skills and work for a supportive engaging company.

As a customer Service advisor you will be required to:

Building rapport with customers
Be professional and handle customer service enquiries
Listen to customer needs and ensure a unique solution is provided
Demonstrate an indepth knowledge of the services that the company provides
Ensure all admin is completed accurately

The Customer Service Advisor requires:

Strong Communication Skills
Previous Customer Service experience in a retail or a call centre role
Confident telephone manner
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
A good work ethic

Hourly rate:
£9.50 per hour

Shifts:
Monday to Friday. Shift between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, no weekends 37.5 hours
