Sheridan Ward has an exciting opportunity based in Maidenhead with our client, they are looking for a Property Manager to come in and hit the ground running

Do you have experience within Property Management and Lettings?

You must be a car owner driver

If you are confident, have great communication skills and have the experience required

Property Manager duties:

To carry out various property management tasks as directed
To deliver excellent customer service
Ensuring all clients comply with all relevant legislations
Conducting 6 monthly property inspections
Oversee day to day maintenance of your portfolio of properties
Dealing with landlords/tenant's queries verbally and following up in written form
Manage and control rent landlord debts with clear communication to landlords/tenants
Have and continually updating your legal knowledge and understanding of relevant letting legislation
Manage the end of tenancy process including dilapidations
