Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Housing Advisor - Full Time

  • Based in Portadown
  • Immediate start
  • Salary: £13.91 per hour
  • Hours of Work: Full Time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Duration of post: Long term, ongoing

Your Focus:


  • Provide housing advice and assistance to people, who often have complex needs or are facing difficult circumstances with a focus on preventing homelessness.

Criteria:


  • Hold a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a customer support environment.
  • OR
  • Hold a BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma qualification in Housing and a minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a customer support environment
  • OR
  • Hold a BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a customer support environment
  • Must possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport
  • As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic Access NI Disclosure._
