Location :
Manchester City Centre


Salary :
Up to £40k dependant on experience


This role will be the first in the FP&A function of the company, to bolster growth, reporting directly to Group Finance Director.

You will play a pivotal role in the FP&A function and requires someone who can effectively challenger senior stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing the US, UK, and European side of the business, including reviewing financial statements for these regions, identify trends and develop insights that can be used to improve performance.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Report to senior management on the performance of the US, UK, and European side of the business.
  • Analysing KPIs to track sales performance, Identify key metrics that drive sales.
  • Collect data on these metrics and track their performance over time and identify trends and patterns.
  • Forecasting future sales and revenue using historical data and market trends to develop projections for future sales and revenue.
  • Determine the appropriate commission rates for sales reps based on their performance.
  • Track sales reps' performance and calculate their commissions on a regular basis.
  • Issue commissions payments to sales reps.
  • Analysing profitability using financial statements to identify areas where costs can be reduced or revenue can be increased.
  • Identify areas where the company is not profitable and develop strategies to improve profitability.

Requirements:


  • Part-Qualified or Newly-Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
  • Strong Excel and modelling with ability to use raw data.
  • Experience working in an international company, preferably with multiple currencies.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Be confident in business partnering with the wider business.
  • Selfstarter who is eager to learn.
