Our client is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Processor to join their Gateshead based team on a permanent basis.

This role will assist the accounts department in all administration functions ensuring the team runs efficiently.


The Role
The responsibilities of this Accounts Payable Processor role will include:

  • Inputting supplier invoices
  • Checking supplier invoices against purchase orders
  • Maintenance and upkeep of the accounting software
  • Dealing with supplier invoice queries
  • Raise supplier payments
  • General filing and team administration

About You
The successful Accounts Payable Processor will have the ability to work at pace with a high level of accuracy.


Other requirements include:

  • Ability to process data in high volumes
  • Computer literate
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Self motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
