Description

The Operational Support team literally keeps the Operations ticking over, you will seamlessly process the daily tasks that are essential to the smooth running of both Industry and company processes.

Behind the scenes the team carries out a range of duties in accordance with pre-determined procedures and service standards.


How will I spend my time in this role?

  • Post sort, date and distribute post to the floor in a timely manner. Outgoing post to be franked and ready for collection;
  • Accurately and promptly attend to Industry processes; Entering meter reads, LOA, Losses, Documenting terminations;
  • Stationery ensure sufficient stocks of paper/envelopes are readily available. Liaise with Admin Manager for stationery orders;
  • Promptly and accurately complete all related administration activities;
  • Liaise with colleagues to assist where necessary;
  • Respond to incoming telephone calls, identifying and then meeting customer requirements by providing a polite, professional and accurate response in line with agreed service standards;
  • Update and increase knowledge of the company's procedure and products;
  • Attending company briefings;
  • Any other reasonable activity as required by Management to support Smartestenergy Business Ltd's aims and objectives.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

  • Accuracy on written communication, spelling, grammar;
  • Confident and able to objection handle;
  • Telephone Skills;
  • Knows how to follow processes.
