About Our Client:
Our client is a highly experienced occupational health and wellbeing provider. Helping other companies to reduce absence and promote health and wellbeing in the workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the effective booking of all appointments
- Ensure that employees both internal and external are working ethically
- Obtain and update the inhouse systems
- Ensure daily goals are being matched are met on an individual basis and part of the team
- Support the team to achieve their KPIs
- Work closely with both the team and the support managers
- Communicating with clients and colleagues
- Maintain confidentiality you may obtain as part of your role
- Work effectively within a small team and the wider business
- Assist other areas of the business
- Highly organised, with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
