HR ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR IMMEDIATE START
- 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT
About Our Client:
The key responsibilities of the HR Administrator will be as follows:
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, onboarding, offboarding
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organise a job fair event)
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Maintain records of personnelrelated data in both paper and the database
The Successful Applicant:
A successful HR Administrator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or CIPD is advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of HR databases and HRIS systems
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communications skills
