HR ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR IMMEDIATE START

  • 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

About Our Client:

The key responsibilities of the HR Administrator will be as follows:

  • Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, onboarding, offboarding
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organise a job fair event)
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Maintain records of personnelrelated data in both paper and the database

The Successful Applicant:


A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or CIPD is advantageous but not essential
  • Knowledge of HR databases and HRIS systems
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communications skills
