You will have the opportunity to work with your clients in areas such as compensation structure, executive pay packages, legal and regulatory requirements and tax implications

Morgan McKinley is supporting a Big 4 Accounting Practice in their recruitment for a Tax Manager in their Rewards team.

The position is ideally to be located in London, however other locations that can be hired include Birmingham and Manchester.

The Rewards team work closely with their clients to deliver market leading results and develop talent strategies to optimise their investment in human capital.

You will have the opportunity to work with your clients in areas such as compensation structure,executive pay packages, legal and regulatory requirements and tax implications.


As a Tax Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Advise a portfolio of clients in relation to their Rewards offering
  • Support more junior members of the team in their learning and development
  • Use data and analytics to support decision making and advising clients
  • Ensure clients are kept up to date with any regulatory changes, as well as key global trends
  • Seek to develop your skillset and experience in new and exciting areas of Employment Tax and Rewards


Ideally, our client is seeking an individual with demonstrable experience in Rewards and is keen to develop a long term career in this space.

You'll be a confident communicator and team leader, and an individual with a view to providing clients with the bestsupport.
