The role of Relationship Manager is really important to us.

You will effectively manage a portfolio of up to 50 Invoice Finance clients with a Funding Refer Limit of between £250k and £1.5M, focusing on Relationship Management, Client Risk and value creationfor both Aldermore Invoice Finance and the Client.


We are looking for someone to act as an ambassador of the organisation's behaviours - start with why, try it out, crack it together and think next need.

This role will be field based however we offer flexibility around office and home working.

You'll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Manager, and colleagues through regular contact and virtual interaction.


What would your day look like?

  • To maximise client life and satisfaction by managing client relationships in accordance with AIF's defined service proposition appropriate to each client segment.
  • To work collaboratively with your colleagues within Sales, Risk and Operations to ensure effective delivery of client service throughout the lifetime of the client and ensuring TCF principles are adhered to.
  • To identify opportunities to add value to client relationships both from the client's and Aldermore Group's perspective ensuring pricing reflects client risk and management, and that opportunities to provide additional services / products are identified.

What do we expect of you?

  • Audit and survey experience within the invoice finance industry
  • Client rescue and recovery within invoice finance industry
  • Risk management skills
  • Client management experience required
  • Financial analysis skills and the ability to understand and interpret management information and cash flow forecasts
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Problem analysis and decisionmaking skills
